Can my commission be used commercially?
Yes, you have full rights to your commissioned artwork! This means you can use the artwork for commercial purposes such as merchandise, book illustrations, or other products. However, there are a couple of importan restrictions: you cannot resell the artwork itself as a digital file or claim to be the original artist. While I retain the right to share the artwork on my social media channels, I will always ask for your permission before doing so. Other than that, you have complete creative freedom to use your commission as you wish!

How long does it take for my commission to be finished?
The turnaround time for your commission depends on the type of artwork and my current schedule. For sketch commissions, you can typically expect the final piece within a month. Full illustrations usually take between 1-2 months, depending on the level of detail and complexity. If you’re commissioning a Vtuber model or similar intricate work, the process can take approximately 2-3 months. I’ll keep you updated throughout the process so you know what to expect.

Can I commission you again in the future?
Absolutely! I would love to work with you again. You can check if I have any open slots by following my social media, especially my Instagram stories where I announce when commissions are available. However, spots are limited and often fill up quickly, so keep an eye out for announcements and grab a spot when you can!

What if I need the commission by a specific date?
If you have a deadline or need the artwork completed by a specific date, please let me know as soon as possible during the initial discussion phase. I’ll do my best to accommodate your timeline, but please be aware that I can’t garantee the finishing date. Please reach out to me before purchasing a ticket!

Can I make changes after the commission is finished?
Once the artwork has been fully rendered and finalized, no further changes can be made. However, during the sketching and rough color stages, you are welcome to request adjustments. I encourage open communication during these stages to ensure the final piece meets your expectations.

Will I receive progress updates?
Yes, I’ll keep you informed throughout each stage of the commission process. You’ll receive updates during the concept, sketch, and rough color stages, and I’ll share progress shots so you can see how the artwork is developing. If you have any questions or additional feedback at any point, feel free to reach out.

What should I do if I want to remain anonymous?
If you prefer not to be mentioned when I share your commission on social media, just let me know! Your privacy is important, and I’m happy to accommodate your preferences. I can either share the artwork without crediting you or refrain from posting it altogether if that’s what you’d prefer.

Can I request a refund?
Refunds are generally not available once the commission process has begun, as time and resources are invested in your project from the start. However, if there are extenuating circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss your situation. I aim to ensure every client is satisfied with their experience, so open communication is key.
